4. Methods of processing

The data are processed using paper and computer tools, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency provided by the GDPR. Appropriate technical and organizational measures are taken to ensure their security and confidentiality.

5. Data retention

  • Contact/reservation data: retained for as long as necessary to provide feedback and, in the case of reservation confirmation, for the duration of the contractual relationship and for the next ten years in compliance with tax obligations.
  • Newsletter data: retained until consent is revoked.
  • Anonymized browsing data: kept for 14 months in accordance with Google Analytics settings 4.

6. Recipients and transfer of data

The data will not be disseminated. They may be disclosed to:

  • professionals and consultants in charge of accounting, tax or legal requirements;
  • Providers of technological services necessary for the operation of the site (e.g. hosting, IT maintenance);
  • Google LLC, as the provider of Google Analytics (non-EEA transfers governed by Standard Contractual Clauses).
